108 is my color

A while back I had the saga of the Artyarns supermerino #108 (socks! no… socks for someone else! hat! more 108!)
Way back in September, I bought yarn to make Tamarah. But the store didn’t have the artyarns silk mohair, so I got art yarns regal silk and rowan kidsilk haze in a reasonably complementary color. Found the rowan a pain to work with, and put it aside (for when I found better needles).
Today I sent someone from a knitting board to ebay to look for yarn, and ended up there myself. Looked around for artyarns (can you ever have too much supermerino?). No luck. Noticed the color codes were different (they were all 4xx). Went to artyarns.com to see what the available colors were. Decided silkmohair in 416 (purple and white) would looke awesome with regal silk 108 that I have at home. Looked at the list of online stores … and lo! Webs (yarn.com) not only has silk mohair, they have silk mohair glitter, in color 108.
Ahh! The glittery purple-y pink-y scarf will be awesome!
